Can I return my order?
All items can be returned to us unworn within 10 working days of receipt (also during sale). Ensure all labels are intact and that returned items are not stained or damaged.
The cost of a return shipment is the sole responsibility of the sender and will not be reimbursed by Onemanshow.. We cannot accept unstamped shipments.
Customers in The Netherlands and Belgium can return their item(s) by using the Kiala return label. Checkthe following sites for the nearest Kiala point, where you can drop of your return item: www.kiala.nl/zoek-kialapunt or www.kiala.be/zoek-kialapunt for Belgium.
All other countries (and The Netherlands and Belgium, if you don’t wish to return your parcel via a Kiala point): You can return your parcel at your the local post office.
Returning a parcel is the responsibility of the sender. Onemanshow. cannot be liable for damaged or lost shipments.
How do I return my order?
Use the following steps to return your order:
Step 1: Mark the reason for you return on the enclosed return form. Here you can also indicate whether you would like a different size or another item from us.
Step 2: Cut-out the address label, which is located on the return form and paste it on the parcel.
Step 3: Return your parcel franked via the Post Office, via DHL or a Kiala point (see above which option is applicable to you) to the address below:
Make sure to hold on to your track & trace number.
Are there any costs involved with returning my package?
Returning an item is at your own expense. The justification for the return lies with the sender. Onemanshow. can in no way be liable for lost or damaged shipments.
Are there any costs involved with exchanging my package?
Exchanging an item is at your own expense. Only Dutch and Belgian customers can exchange their item for free. Contact the Guest Service for more information. You can either call them (+ 31 20 764 00 20) or send an email to email@example.com.
Which items are non-returnable?
When the product is defective due to normal wear, we unfortunately do not reimburse. Other complaints of items we cannot reimburse include:
– Damaged items caused by intensive use,
– Perspiration, deodorant marks and make-up stains,
– Stains and marks from footwear or clothing that may discolour the item,
– Earrings and beauty products (for hygiene reasons),
– Pulls or tears on clothing,
– Worn shoes,
– Discolouration by sunlight or excessive washing with an aggressive detergent,
– Items without tags or labels.
Can SALE items also be returned?
Items purchased in SALE can also be returned or exchanged
How do I get my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and processed, the purchase price will be refunded. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days after processing your return at our central warehouse. The method of repayment depends on how you paid for your article: If you pay by credit card, you will receive payment back on that same card. The transfer will be visible on your next credit card statement. We have no control on the processing date of your credit card company.
If you pay by PayPal, you will receive the credit on your PayPal account. Whether you use that amount for another purchase on your PayPal account or simply refund your bank is your decision. We have no control over this process.
How can I exchange an item?
If an item does not suit you, it is possible to exchange it for another size or colour. If you return the item, make sure to indicate that you wish to exchange the item on the return form and we will correct this in the processing of your return. If the article is no longer available at the time of processing, we will automatically generate a refund for you. You will receive the purchase price within 10 working days in the bank account from which you paid the order.
Please note: If you would rather not take the risk that the item becomes unavailable, it is also possible to order the product directly from the webshop. Of course, this means you don’t have to ask for another size on the return form. Otherwise, you will receive the requested article twice. When you place a new order for the product that you wish to replace, you will have to pay for this item. Due to technical reasons we cannot offset the amount of each order. After processing your return you will receive the purchase amount on your account within 10 working days.
Unfortunately reserving an item on our website is not (yet) possible.
Is it possible to return or exchange my order in one of your brand stores?
Exchanges: because we have a separate stock for our stores and our Webshop this is not possible.
